Join us for a special 2-night women’s retreat designed to help us step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with God, and discover joy and thanksgiving even in the midst of life’s struggles.

🎤 Featured Speaker

Our retreat will feature a special speaker with extensive experience in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry, bringing a unique perspective on mental health, relationships, faith, and navigating the struggles of everyday life.
She is the wife of Fr. Samuel, who serves at St. Mina & Pope Kyrillous Coptic Orthodox Church.

She received her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University and her M.D. from St. George’s University School of Medicine.

She completed her psychiatric residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, followed by a Psychodynamic Fellowship at NYU and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ.

She has served as an attending psychiatrist in emergency and adolescent residential settings and as Associate Program Director of a Psychiatry Residency Training Program. She currently serves as Faculty and Site Director for psychiatry residents at Eastern Virginia Medical School and as Campus Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.

She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Orthodox Christian Campus Ministries for Virginia.

🏡 About the Retreat Center

Nestled among 300 peaceful wooded acres, Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center offers a beautiful setting to slow down, reconnect, and make space for God. With bunk-bed lodging, homestyle meals, outdoor recreation, and spaces designed for fellowship, it’s the perfect place to rest, renew, and refresh.


 

🚗 Location & Travel

The retreat center is approximately 3 hours from Raleigh.

We strongly encourage everyone to carpool and coordinate with other ladies traveling from the Raleigh area. It’s a wonderful opportunity to start the fellowship before you even arrive!

⚠️ Limited Registration

Space is strictly limited to the first 30 ladies.

Once all 30 spots are registered, registration will close and no additional registrations will be accepted.
